If an external speaker (i.e. a non-member of the University) is addressing or leading your event, a speaker request form must be completed in order to comply with the University's policy on freedom of speech.
If you are a Guild of Students-recognised society, then a Guild form needs to be completed and submitted to Student Development or the Guild Reception at least 10 working days before your event.
If you are not a Guild-recognised society, then an St Francis Hall form needs to be completed and returned via email or to the St Francis Hall reception desk at least 15 working days before your event.
