Appointments

Book an appointment with an ISAS Advisor

We can help you with any problems or questions you may during your time with us.

If you would like to speak to an Advisor, you can book an appointment to discuss your query face-to-face.

During this time the Advisor will listen to your enquiry and provide you with relevant information and advice.  Each appointment lasts a maximum of 20 minutes.

If the ISAS Advisor is unable to answer any questions at your appointment your enquiry may be referred to a Senior Advisor.  If this happens, you will be informed and provided a new date and time for your follow up appointment.

It is not possible for the ISAS Advisors to check supporting documents for visa applications during these appointments as we have dedicated workshops for this purpose.
