University of Birmingham Students: Important changes to your email and access to services

From now on all enrolled students and Post Graduate Researchers at the University will see their email address change to by default. You will need to use your Student Username or Email address at all times to access UoB services.

This may affect the way that you access some services where you use an email address to log in, such as:

Munrow Sport Centre online booking system: Students can book classes and courts via the Group Exercise Programme and purchase club memberships. All students can access with their email address and PIN number (if you don’t know your PIN number the link for forgotten PIN will send this via email)

During the email changeover as part of the Student Advantage Service all students have the option to download the latest version of Office for free on up to 5 devices.
