Support for you

The University have a variety of self-help guides available to support your mental health, produced in conjunction with the NHS. Subjects range from anxiety to eating disorders to problems sleeping.  

The guides are designed to provide advice on how to approach different issues. There are sections to complete that will help you to determine what your next steps should be. They can also signpost you to organisations or further reading available to support you.
