My Bham portal will be unavailable 6 March

As part of their ongoing commitment to continually improve services, IT Services carry out regular maintenance checks and upgrades on a number of IT systems across the University. This is to ensure all systems continue to run smoothly and efficiently when you need them most! 

On Wednesday 6 March, IT Services are planning to do essential maintenance to the My Bham portal. 

When will the maintenance work take place?

The maintenance work will begin on Wednesday 6 March at 3.00pm and is planned to finish at 5.00pm. 

How will this affect me?

Whilst the maintenance work is being done there will be short periods of downtime in which you may experience some issues logging in to the portal.
