Elections provide you with an opportunity to determine who will represent you, making decisions that affect your day-to-day life including housing and education policy, environmental issues, and employment.

Following the extension to Article 50 granted on 10 April, the UK is making preparations to participate in the European Elections.  If these elections take place, they will be held on Thursday 23 May 2019. To have your say, make sure you are registered to vote by 7 May 2019.
