IT Services affected by unexpected technical issue

A number of IT services have been offline for up to one and a half hours, with some still to be reinstated. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

We have been experiencing an unexpected technical problem with the storage systems supporting our major services. This is an extremely rare occurrence affecting the resilience of the services.

Our technicians have been working hard to resolve the issue. Once all services are fully restored, they will run an investigation into what caused it and how we can prevent it from happening again.
