How do I arrange my assistive technology training?
If Assistive Technology training has been recommended, you should contact the provider specified in your DSA entitlement letter. If the Assistive Technology trainer is the same as the Assistive Technology supplier, then an appointment can be arranged for within 10 working days of you receiving your Assistive Technology.
If the Assistive Technology trainer is different from your Assistive Technology supplier, you will need to contact them separately using the details in your entitlement letter.
