How do I apply for support with the Student Disability Service?
Please start the application process by completing our online form.
It’s important that you do this as soon as possible so that we can discuss your requirements with you and ensure support and adjustments are in place for you when you need them. Please note that there may be deadlines for receiving applications for exam adjustments please see more information on our Disability Service webpages.
You will also need to provide us with some medical evidence about your condition, which includes details of the duration or expected duration and a clear diagnosis.
For information about the types of evidence you can provide, please see our evidence guidance website. Please note, appointment letters or prescriptions are not deemed sufficient medical evidence.
