How will I be contacted regarding my timetable and alternative exam venues if I have a Student Support Advice (SSA)/Reasonable Adjustment Plan (RAP) memorandum and am entitled to extra time for my exams?
Students who are in receipt of an SSA/RAP will be able to see their timetable online as per normal; you will not be notified in writing of the date, time and alternative venue for your exams as this will all be available on your my.bham. Please note that the online timetable will not show the extra exam provision you are entitled to.
