How do I reserve my place at my Degree Congregation?


You will receive an email from the Graduation Team in September (if graduating in December) or February (if graduating in July) asking you to log into the Student Gateway to confirm that you would like to attend your Degree Congregation. After you log in you will find the link to 'Reply to Degree Congregation invitation' under the 'Exams and Assessment' heading.


You must do this by 23:59 (GMT) on 15 October (if graduating in December) or 20 March (if graduating in July) in order to secure a place at your Degree Congregation. There is no need to wait for confirmation of your results before confirming your attendance.
