Campus Run

UoBe Festival’s Campus Run is returning for 2023 and is bigger and better than ever! Join us on Sunday 29 January from 9:30.

We will once again be closing roads around campus to allow for safe and fun 5km course that will take you around Edgbaston Campus, to the Vale and back again. For a map of the routeclick here. The pre-event briefing will start at 9:00 next to Old Joe, followed by a group warm up before you are directed to the start line on Pritchatts Road for a 9:30 start.

There will be chip-timing so you know exactly how well you’ve done, as well as student groups performing and cheering you on along the way.  After the race you’ll also be able to access a well deserved post-race massage. So whether you are walking with housemates, pushing with your pals or running for a PB, get involved!

Entries are now live!

As part of UoBe Festival, the run entry is FREE for all students, and this year we are pleased to be offering free entry for staff too! You will need to enter your student or staff ID number and email address on the entry form.

New for 2023, we are also pleased to offer Alumni and Community entries for just £10, so everyone can join in!

Entries for the Campus Run closed on 18 January 2023.

What to get involved without running/walking? We are looking for volunteers to help make the run as fun and inclusive as possible. Just fill in your details and we’ll make sure you have a great time helping people get active and have fun!
