Radius by Campus Management is the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool we use to make purposeful connections at every stage of the student lifecycle.
A community of over 200 users across the University now use Radius to send personalised mass emails, manage events, process enquiries, and much more. If you think you should be using Radius, talk to your college or service's marketing lead for more information.
This toolkit brings together general guidance from the software supplier with our own notes on the extensive customisations we have made to work with our own processes. We also have a supportive user community in Teams, which your marketing lead can ask for you to be given access to.

An introduction for new Radius users.
Create or adapt an existing email template to deliver your message.
Adapt our template Targets to select the Contacts you want to email.
Send an email to all the Contacts in your Target at a date and time of your choice.
Communication Plans check every day for Contacts who newly meet your Target's criteria. Choose a trigger, such as five days after an Offer is made, and schedule follow-up emails if needed.
Choose the best way to manage your event with options for attendee registration and automated notification emails.
