Advice and support when raising a concern is available from Guild Advice in the Guild of Students.
You may also wish to consider other support services available as listed in Appendix 5 of the Code of Practice on Student Concerns and Complaints.
The Codes of Practice, Policies and Guidance documents that apply to you, as a student, will depend upon the year in which you started your studies, this is referred to as Cohort Legislation and is explained further here on our Codes of Practice website.
