I have forgotten my phone/my phone has run out of charge, what do I do?

There are a number of options here. You can log your attendance up to 1 hour after the session and log on to a computer cluster (available clusters can be located in the MyUoB app Study Spaces tile). If you are unable to do this, you should contact your college using the links below:

If you are experiencing any issues with My Attendance functionality within MyUoB app, you will need to raise a ticket with the IT Service Portal. Raising a ticket through the IT Service Portal will help the team track and resolve incidents in a systematic manner.
