How long does an appointment with the IST last?
Initial appointments last a maximum of ten minutes duration. In this time the advisor will listen to your enquiry and provide you with relevant information and advice. Only one appointment per day is allowed; if you book more than one appointment on the same day the IST will cancel the extra booking.
