I want to make a complaint about my support
If you want to complain about an aspect of your DSA funded support you need to communicate directly with the provider (e.g. equipment / non-medical helper supplier).
If you want to complain about support provided by the University, please email disability@contacts.bham.ac.uk and your complaint will be directed to the appropriate Head of Service, or you can follow the formal complaints procedure. See the University website for information about the complaints process.
It may be helpful to seek initial guidance from Guild Advice in the Guild of Students.
