How do I apply for support with Student Disability Services?
Please start your application for the Student Disability Service by completing our online form.
You will also need to provide us with some medical evidence about your disability/long-term health condition, which includes details of the duration or expected duration of your condition and a clear diagnosis.
For information about the types of evidence you can provide, please see our evidence guidance website. Please note appointment letters or prescriptions are not deemed sufficient medical evidence.

Once you have fully registered with us, you will be allocated a Disability Advisor who will contact you directly.
It’s important that you do this as soon as possible so that we can discuss your requirements with you and ensure support and adjustments are in place for you when you need them.
