How long can I stay in the UK?
The Home Office limits the time you can spend studying in the UK on a Student visa. You are generally limited to a "maximum of five years" in the UK studying at degree level (with exceptions for some subjects). If you are 18 years old or over and are studying a course below degree level, you can spend a maximum of 2 years in the UK studying below degree level.
