What skills have I developed whilst at University?
You develop a number of skills over the course of your degree programme and during your time at university. Employers like students with a good level of self-awareness; being able to assess your own strengths and weaknesses is important. We offer a number of development courses online that might help you to reflect on your skills.
The Birmingham Award can also enable you to develop, recognise and articulate the skills you have gained at University in preparation for the graduate job market. You will also have the opportunity to network with business leaders.
