Employers like students with a good level of self-awareness; being able to assess your own strengths and weaknesses is important. We offer a number of development courses through Canvas that might help you to reflect on your skills.
The Personal Skills Award (PSA) can also enable you to develop, recognise and articulate the skills you have gained at University in preparation for the graduate job market.
