Will you enclose other documents with my transcript?
Some organisations, such as other universities or credential evaluation organisations, require us to enclose a form or cover sheet when sending out degree documents. If you need us to do this, please indicate this when you place your order.
If your course commenced in 2002 or later, you can order replacement degree documents from the Secure Documents website (Verify). When you select the items you require and put them in your basket, it will ask you for a reason for ordering. Please select "other" from the box that appears – a box will then appear where you can enter additional instructions. When you have completed your order, please email the additional documents to verifyforms@contacts.bham.ac.uk, and include your order reference (beginning "DOC.") in the subject line of your email.
If your course commenced before 2002, you can order replacement documents from our online shop – please use these links: pre-2002 certificates, pre-2002 transcripts. When you place your order, please state that you need documents enclosing in the box that says "Do you have any additional special instructions?". When you have completed your order, please email the additional documents to tsadocuments@contacts.bham.ac.uk. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.
Please note that we have to check and approve documents before we can agree to enclose them with your order.
