My username and/or password do not work
If you are unable to login with your password and receive the error "Username / Password pair not found", there are a number of possible causes. Please ensure:
- You are entering your username without any spaces or punctuation (in the format ABC123 or ABC1234)
- You are not entering a personal email address or your student ID number in the username field
- You are entering your password in a case sensitive manner with no spaces, and not copying and pasting.
Your University username and password will have been sent to you in the email inviting you to complete Online Registration.
The University uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your student account. You’ll be prompted to set this up when you first sign in to a University service after you’ve completed Online Registration. This will then allow you to quickly reset a forgotten password or change your password anytime using our Password Reset service.
