My username and/or password do not work

If you are unable to login with your password and receive the error "Username / Password pair not found", there are a number of possible causes. Please ensure:

Your University username and password will have been sent to you in the email inviting you to complete Online Registration. 

The University uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your student account. You’ll be prompted to set this up when you first sign in to a University service after you’ve completed Online Registration. This will then allow you to quickly reset a forgotten password or change your password anytime using our Password Reset service.

If you continue to have problems with your username and password, please contact the IT Service Desk.
