What do I do if my Student Finance Schedule is incorrect?
Please note your payment schedule will only change when Student Finance has manually processed the payment that has been requested.
If you request to receive your first instalment early, Student Finance will ensure it is paid on the date requested which will be processed approximately a week before the payment is due. As long as Student Finance has agreed a manual payment, it will be paid as requested.
If you have requested your funding entitlement in two instalments, the first instalment of 50% will be paid by us around one week before the date you would ordinarily be paid (unless you have requested to receive your first instalment early). As Student Finance is likely to process your second instalment of 50% during the last week of December, you should expect to see your payment schedule change shortly after. As long as Student Finance has agreed a manual payment, it will be paid as requested.
