I paid for a new card and then found my old one, can I have a refund?

This will depend if you have submitted a request and have not received confirmation it has been processed, you will be able to contact us to cancel your order. You need to contact us at asa-enquiries@contacts.bham.ac.uk quoting your order reference number so we can locate this in the system and process a refund. Refunds can take 10 working days to be processed before it reaches your account. 

If you have received a confirmation we have processed your order, then no you cannot request a refund. Once we have processed the request this means your old card will not longer work and you will need the replacement card to access facilities. We cannot revers this process.
