My name has changed, can I get a new student ID card?
The name printed on your student ID card is taken from your student record. We will need to update the name on your student record before we can update your card - please see the FAQ 'My name has changed, can you update this on my student record?' for information on how to do this.
Once your name has been changed, we will be able to print you a new student ID card with the updated name on it. This can be done free of charge - please see our latest information on how to request your new ID card.
Please note we will need to retain the old card when we issue a new one.
