Can I change the photograph on my student ID card?
In some cases yes. We will provide a free of charge replacement ID card with a new photo if you meet one of the following:
- Your appearance has changed significantly since your ID card was issued you are no longer recognisable for identification purposes
- You are transitioning/have transitioned
- For religious purposes
If it is simply the case you no longer like your photo, we will charge £10 for replacing your ID card.
