My card is not working for Student Living Plus, can you help?

If you have recently received a replacement ID card from us, the new version will update automatically for Student Living Plus. If your card is functioning for building access but not for Student Living Plus, we recommend you report this through the UOB Food app or webpage. When submitting your form, it would be helpful if you could provide the following information:
