What is the deadline for completing 'My RTS' Check?
It is important that you provide all your Right to Study documents before the start date of your course, if you do not we will send you reminders to provide them, as it is important we are compliant with UK Immigration Law.
If you do not provide your Right to Study documents within three (3) weeks from your course start date the University has the right to withdraw immigration sponsorship and withdraw you from your course, unless you provide us with an acceptable reason about why you are unable to provide us with the required documents.
