I have changed my address, will this update my letters on Verify Secure Documents?
Yes - please ensure you keep your address information up to date so that your letters are accurate.
If you change your home or term-time address, please update this on your MyUOB pages as soon as possible by visiting MyUOB - My Details - Addresses. Once you have updated your address, please allow 1 working day for the change to be reflected in your letters on the Verify Secure Documents website.
Please be advised that, if your new term time address has a start date in the future, due to system limitations this will not populate when your address goes live. Please click the contact us button below and we will be able to resolve this for you.
