What happens once I have submitted my form?

You will receive an email notification confirming that your application has been received. This will contain a case number and PIN that you can use to track the progress of your application.

Your application will be reviewed and the funding (if applicable), visa (if applicable) and academic implications of the requested leave of absence will be assessed. 

If further information is required, you will receive an email with a link to a form where you can upload additional documents.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email notification advising you of the outcome of your application.
