Who will see my evidence?
Your application will be reviewed by the following people:
- PGR Administrator
- Grant Administrator
- International Students Team (if you are an international student)
- Your supervisor or co-supervisor
- The PGR Lead
- Research Student Administration
- Leave of Absence Sub-panel
- Wellbeing Officer
If you need to submit medical evidence which you would prefer to restrict access to, you can mark it as confidential by ticking the box on the form.
This will mean that only the following groups can view your evidence:
- PGR Administrator
- International Students Team
- PGR Lead
- Wellbeing Officer
