What if I will not have completed my programme in time to graduate?

You will receive an email from the Graduation Team in September (if graduating in December) or February (if graduating in July) asking you to confirm your graduation preference by logging into the Student Gateway. After you log in you will find the link to 'Reply to Degree Congregation invitation' under the 'Exams and Assessment' heading. Select the option stating that you will not have completed the requirements of your programme of study in time to graduate by 23:59 (GMT) on 15 October (if graduating in December) or 20 March (if graduating in July).

All students who may be eligible to graduate at the next round of Degree Congregations are emailed this invitation, which means that some may receive the invitation prematurely. Only students who meet the terms of their degree are eligible to attend the upcoming Degree Congregations.
