Why do I have an error message in my MyUoB calendar?
Before you can see events in your MyUoB, you need to grant MyUoB access to your email and Canvas accounts. You will receive an error message in the calendar until you do this ("Unauthorised"). You will have a notification alert in the top right-hand corner of MyUoB with a link to grant access, or you can click directly on the calendar tile to do this.
You may receive an error message even if you've accessed MyUoB services before. This is because your approval for MyUoB to access other systems expires for security reasons.
