When is my ceremony?
The ceremony dates and times for our schools can be found on our website
An invitation to book a place at the Degree Congregations was sent to our potential July 2023 cohort with a deadline to reply of 20 March 2023. If you responded to this invitation then you can now find out the date and time of your ceremony, which will be subject to your meeting the terms of your degree by the relevant deadline, by logging into the Student Gateway.
Please note that if you were unable to attend your graduation ceremony on Monday 18 or Tuesday 19 July 2022 due to the extreme heat or if you are attending the celebration for ITE graduates, your ceremony date and time will not be visible in the Student Gateway.
The doors to the Great Hall will close 15 minutes before the ceremony start time given below. It is crucial that you arrive in good time for this as otherwise you risk not being able to attend your ceremony.
