Can you send my certificate and transcript to the Greek Government (DOATAP / Hellenic NARIC)?
If you require your University of Birmingham qualification to be recognised in Greece, please visit the DOATAP website for information on the Greek Government's application process (DOATAP website in English; DOATAP website in Greek).
After you have applied to DOATAP, they usually ask for University of Birmingham to send them electronic copies of your certificate and transcript. Unfortunately, they do not currently accept documents shared via the Secure Documents website (Verify) – the documents have to be manually emailed to DOATAP by a member of University of Birmingham staff.
If you would like us to email your certificate and transcript to DOATAP, and your course commenced in 2002 or later, please email us at securedocuments@contacts.bham.ac.uk , or alternatively use the "contact us" link below. Please state that you require your certificate and transcript sending to DOATAP, and please include the following information in your message:
- Your full name at the time you completed your course;
- Your date of birth;
- Your student ID number or username, if you have either of these;
- For security verification purposes, the name of one of your emergency contacts, from when you were a student with us;
- The email address you require the documents sending to at DOATAP (DOATAP should tell you what this is);
- Any other instructions DOATAP may have asked for that are not covered in the above steps.
Once we have received your email with all the information on it, we will check your security details, and if everything is in order we will send the required documents to DOATAP and confirm back to you by email. If we have any questions we will contact you by email.
