What if my circumstances change and I need to change my answer?
We all know that circumstances can change. If you change your mind and wish to amend your answer you can do so yourself online until 23:59 (GMT) on 15 October (if graduating in December) or 20 March (if graduating in July). Log into the Student Gateway as you did before and amend your choice as required. If you need to change your answer after 23:59 (GMT) on 15 October (if graduating in December) or 20 March (if graduating in July) then we ask that you email us at graduation@contacts.bham.ac.uk as the Student Gateway service will be closed.
Please note that if you change your mind to attending your graduation after 23:59 (GMT) on 15 October (if graduating in December) or 20 March (if graduating in July) you may not receive an automatic place, as space in each ceremony is limited. We will do everything we can to find a space for you, but the best advice is to confirm your attendance before 23:59 (GMT) on 15 October (if graduating in December) or 20 March (if graduating in July) and then get in touch with us later if you need to defer or change to absentia.
