What details can't be updated in My Details?
The following details can't be updated in My Details, as we need you to provide evidence for these changes to be made to your student record:
- Legal name
- Date of birth
- Legal sex
- University email address
If you want to change these details, please click on the Contact Us button below attaching any supporting evidence to the contact form.
You also can't use My Details to remove a disability from your record. If you want to remove a disability from your record, please email disability@contacts.bham.ac.uk or use the Contact Us button below.
