Gradintelligence: How do I share my degree documents?

*Please note, Gradintelligence is only currently available for current students and those due to graduate this summer, if you completed your studies before 2025, you can access your documents on Verify, for more information see: Secure Documents website (Verify)*

To electronically share your official documents with any desired third party through the Gradintelligence service, follow the procedure below:

1. Log into your account via Gradintelligence.
2. Enter your My Documents option from the homepage and click on the ‘Share’ icon of your chosen document.
3. On the next page, specify the restrictions of your share request, enter the recipient’s information and click continue.
4. Check your details are entered correctly, tick the box if you consent to your document being shared and click “Share Now”.

This will send an e-mail which includes a document access token to the recipient’s e-mail address. The recipient will then be able to view your document.
