How do I access Gradintelligence?
*Please note, Gradintelligence is only currently available for current students and those due to graduate this summer, if you completed your studies before 2025, you can access your documents on Verify, for more information see: Secure Documents website (Verify)*
You can access Gradintelligence using the following link: Gradintelligence Login and enter your Username and Password.
If you have not accessed your Gradintelligence account before, you can easily activate or recover your GradIntelligence account by using the online account support process. Please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Gradintelligence
- Select University of Birmingham from the Institution dropdown list, enter your student ID number and Date of Birth, use Captcha to authenticate, then click “SUBMIT”.
- Choose the e-mail address or SMS verification method (it will include a hint for your email address).
- Enter the e-mail address or number (based on hint displayed on the page).
- You will receive an automated message with a verification code.
- Copy and paste the code into the appropriate text field on your verification page.
- Once verified, you will be redirected to the account activation page.
- From here, you will be asked to reconfirm your Date of Birth, define your new account username, password, and specify your security question and security answer so that you can reset your password, should you ever forget it.
Note: If you no longer have access to the account linked email address or number indicated by the hint, please contact us at securedocuments@contacts.bham.ac.uk, including your full name, date of birth, your emergency contact and/or home address whilst a student with us and email address you would like linked, so we can update your email address o send you a new activation link.
Alternatively, in case of any issues, please use the “Contact us” form option on the GradIntel Account Recovery page, or write directly to customerservices@gradintel.com providing your full name, date of birth, student email address and student ID number, along with a description of your issue so that they can help you.
