What are the University ID Card Photo Guidelines?
As part of Online Registration, you need to upload a high-quality passport-style photograph showing your head and shoulders against a plain background. You can provide this photo by uploading an image of yourself. The image can be no larger than 10MB and should be a .jpeg file.
Incorrect or inappropriate images
If your submitted photo does not meet the guidelines an error message will be displayed on screen. If this happens you will need to upload a different high-quality passport-style photo.
If you submit an inappropriate image or an image that does not meet the guidelines below, your card will be withheld and you may be required to pay for a replacement ID card. Currently the cost of a replacement card is £10.
