How do I upload my University ID Card Photo in Online Registration?

Navigate your way to the Photo Upload page in Online Registration. Click the ‘Edit’ button to upload a high-quality passport-style photo.

Make sure that your passport-style photo meets the University ID card photo guidelines.
The photo is a high-quality passport-style photograph showing your head and shoulders against a plain background. This photo is used on your University ID card.
The image can be no larger than 10MB and should be a JPEG.

Click the ‘Edit’ button on the Student Photo Upload page. Click ‘Choose file’ and select a high-quality passport-style photo saved on your device.
When you click ‘Save’, your photo will be checked against the University ID card photo guidelines.

If the photo does not meet the guidelines an error message will be displayed on screen. If this happens you will need to upload a different high-quality passport-style photo.
If an error is displayed on screen or you need to submit another high-quality passport-style photo before completing Online Registration, click ‘Reject’. This will delete the photo that doesn’t meet the ID photo guidelines, and you can select another photo that meets the ID photo guidelines.
