Authorisation to disclose personal financial information
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the University is not allowed to discuss your account details with anybody other than you. If you would like the Finance office to discuss your account details with a third party (e.g. the person who is paying your Direct Debit instalments) please complete the Authorisation Contact Details page in Online Registration nominating up to 2 people with whom you wish this information to be shared.
You do not need to complete this page in order to complete your registration - only do so if you want us to share your financial account information with others.
In completing this section you will authorise the relevant officers of the University of Birmingham to provide full details of your tuition and / or accommodation account as indicated below to the nominated person(s).
Please note that the University will always contact you in the first instance concerning items that arise upon your account.
