Psychometric testing

Psychometric testing is a popular method of assessment used by employers to gauge the suitability of potential job candidates.

Psychometric tests are formal evaluations which are used by many employers when recruiting or selecting people for jobs, and these days the practice is on the increase. They provide an objective method of assessing a candidate's competence to perform well in a particular position.
