Material in the Main Library covers a wide range of subjects, with 400,000 items of high-use material arranged over the first, second and third floors. Use FindIt@Bham, our library catalogue, to find the item's shelfmark and location. You can also use ResourceLists@Bham, and search by your course or module.
To find out where to go to browse by subject, try our interactive map, or our guide to classmarks by subject (PDF - 254KB).
Our heritage research collections are in the Research Reserve, comprising over 50km of stock. These can be requested via FindIt@Bham, and will be retrieved for you to consult.
