Development needs analysis

The Development Needs Analysis (GRS1) form is a mandatory requirement of research programmes at the University of Birmingham and must be completed on an annual basis. Find out more about the DNA process.  This highly practical online course or workshop supports the process by introducing you to Vitae’s Researcher Development Framework (on which the structure of the form is based) and supports you in identifying your development needs.
