The Development Needs Analysis (GRS1) form is a mandatory requirement of research programmes at the University of Birmingham and must be completed on an annual basis. This highly practical online course or workshop supports the process by introducing you to Vitae’s Researcher Development Framework (on which the structure of the form is based) and supports you in identifying your development needs.

Please note: all our workshops are subject to a minimum registration requirement. If this is not met the workshop will be cancelled and you will be offered a place on an alternate date.
