Aston Webb Student Hub
Located in the Aston Webb building (R7 on the campus map) in the centre of campus, the Student Hub is home to a wide range of student support and administrative services.
The Careers Network, Registry, Student Services and the front of house services that support these divisions are all based in the Student Hub.
Student Hub opening hours
The Hub is open:
- Monday to Tuesday - 09:00-17:00
- Wednesday - 10:00-17:00
- Thursday to Friday - 09:00-17:00
The Hub is closed on weekends, Bank Holidays and University Closed Days.
You can also access many of our services online by visiting the Student Help website.
Hub Services Team
The Hub Services Team are here to help you navigate your student journey. You can visit the team in person in the Aston Webb Student Hub, located on the ground floor of C Block, Aston Webb Building. You can also call us during our opening hours on 0121 414 5130.

Careers Network
Students can submit careers-related queries through Student Help.
We also offer face-to-face advice and guidance appointments, most of which will take place across campus in college buildings. Current students should be able to book these appointments through Careers Connect using the 'student' login option and their University username and password.
Hub Study Lounge
The Aston Webb Student Hub also houses a Study Lounge located on the lower ground floor, which can be accessed from the side entrances on this level.
