My student ID card has not arrived, what do I do?

New UK Students starting in September for the upcoming year

If you are a UK national student, with a home address in the UK and completed Online Registration in the main registration period (July to first week in September) and your card does not arrive in the post, you will be able to request it when you arrive at the University by visiting the Welcome Registration Marquee during Welcome or the Aston Webb Student Hub during the rest of the academic year. We recommend visiting us as this is the fastest route to get your ID card.

If you are unable to visit, such as you are distance learning, then please submit a request form. If you have submitted a form and have not received your card two weeks after receiving the confirmation it has been processed, please drop us a visit if you are on campus or click on the ‘Contact Us’ button below.

All other new UK students (non-September start dates)

In the first instance students are asked to request their card by either visiting us in the Aston Webb Student Hub or by submitting a request form for those distance learning. If it has been over 2 weeks since you ordered an ID card via the request form and received confirmation it was processed, please visit us in  Aston Webb Student Hub or contact us by clicking the ‘Contact us’ button below’.
