Documents at the start of the Academic Year
We know that getting your student ID card and proof of your studies is really important at the start of the Academic Year, and we hope to make the process as straightforward as possible.
ID Cards - Please see the form below to request your card to be posted to you, and for details of where you can collect it on campus over Welcome. You can also view our ID card FAQs for answers to the most common ID card queries or to ask a specific question online.
Letters - Current registered students and alumni who graduated from 2015/16 onwards can access a range of general proof of registration/study letters online through Verify.
If you are on a leave of absence or are externally registered, or started your course before 2002, you can order your letter through the Online Shop. For other letter types, please complete the form below.
