Wellbeing support for exam stress

If you are feeling stressed about exams or another part of your life, there is support available at the University.  

The Wellbeing Team offer a number of 'Managing exam stress' workshops before and during exams, which they will advertise on their 'Workshops and groups' intranet page.

They also offer a wide-range of other services that are available throughout the year, including individual support and online self-help guides.
